Pina Colada Smoothie

Check out this non-alcoholic and healthy version of a
popular refreshing summer drink for you and you family and guests this summer.
1 2/3 cup fresh
pineapple juice (organic)
1/3 cup plain yogurt
or kefir
½ cup pineapple chunks
1/3 cup coconut milk
2 tsp. or less stevia powder
Ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and whip on high speed for 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
Yields: Two 8-ounce servings
